The Happy Duckling is a nine-minute short feature which, in a unique and innovative “pop-up book” style shows a young boy and a very unordinary duck learning that sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind.

The Happy Duckling has been screened at over 60 international children’s, film and animation festivals, from Hollywood to Nairobi, Paris to Buenos Aires and Sydney to Lahore in Pakistan.

Awards: BAFTA Nomination for Best Short Animation, UK 2010.
Best Short Film, Cartoons on the Bay, Italy 2009, for its “clever storytelling and very unique animation”.
Best Children Animation, Stuttgart International Animation Festival, Germany 2009. Awarded by an all children’s Jury.
