Deep in the woods, at nightfall, the animals gather together in the forest tavern to listen to the fieldmouse’s fabulous tales. The fieldmouse, at first glance an apparently insignificant creature, is in fact the most popular personality in the woods. A storyteller, compulsive liar, a little bit of a mythomaniac, he reveals to each of the characters he encounters, a side to their personality that they were unaware of. This particular evening, through the forest and its darkness, the return to the house will be much longer than expected.
