Commissioned by the Alliance française of Manitoba in collaboration with La Maison des artistes and Plug In ICA, this short documentary captures the essence of a multidisciplinary creative project that brings together Colette Balcaen, Franco-Manitoban visual artist and Pascal Jaouen, embroiderer and stylist from Brittany, who collaborated with renowned Manitoban artisans: Jennine Krauchi and Jenny Meyer, Métis embroiderers, as well as Carole James, Manitoban weaver.
