Please note:
- Cheques must be made out for the exact amount stated on the invoice.
- If you need to add or reduce the number of students attending the film festival, email prior to Tuesday, January 10, 2017. If notification is not received before January 10th you will be expected to pay for the student originally confirmed in the invoice regardless of their attendance at the festival.
- The number of students and supervisors you have booked is the number of seats ReFrame’s REELKids has reserved for your class. You are committed to bringing that number of students registered an noted on your invoice, and REELKids is committed to reserving those seats for your class. This mutual agreement has been implemented to accommodate classes on the waiting lists.
